The Industry Partner program is designed to foster professional relationships between chapter members and reputable service providers in the local area. This program offers the service provider community the opportunity to participate in chapter activities, and at the same time, helps chapter members serve their clients and employers via recommendations of quality vendors.

With over 225 Chapter members representing the top property management firms in both commercial and residential management, we offer many opportunities for direct contact with the decision makers.  This direct contact includes face-to-face time with our members at meetings and events, visibility on our website, social media, and opportunities to sponsor meetings and events for added exposure.

2026 Industry Partner Membership = *Now Pro-rated to $750 includes:
- *NEW* Bring a Property Manager to an IREM Breakfast Meeting for FREE! (*must not be a current member)
- All IREM events are closed to outside vendors, with the exception of our golf outing and sporting clays event 
- Industry Partners do not exceed 25% of membership; categories limited to 5 as well
- Opportunities to network with Michigan's top professional property managers and real estate decision-makers
- Online listing including your logo, representative's name and link to your company website
- Listing in printed directory distributed at member meetings and events
- Special badge to wear at member meetings stating that you are an "Industry Partner"
- Opportunities to serve on IREM committees with property management professionals
- Recognition throughout the year in member communications, social media outlets, and reminders
- The opportunity to write or provide articles for our newsletter and social media communications
- Opportunities to sponsor industry events 
- Discounted sponsorship package if selected and paid by January 31st, 2026
