We lean heavily on our Industry Partners for resources for real estate management professionals, especially in times like these. We reached out to our partners for information, tips and resources for our members specifically related to the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. Below are just a few of the many insights they have to share. We encourage you to reach out to our Industry Partners directly as well. Newton Crane Roofing: WILL be available to repair any roof leaks on critical facilities.

Paletz Law: The Coronavirus pandemic is truly unprecedented and has resulted in a lot of uncertainty in society, including for rental housing providers.  Visit their blog for information to assist landlords and property managers. The latest blog is Collecting Rent During the Coronavirus Pandemic.

PPG Paints: Providing valet and delivery service 7 am - 5 pm Monday thru Friday and 8 am until noon on Saturday.
